Next up is to finish basic coloring, then exporting the maps and such. Hopefully export the model back into 3DS Max to fix the hair positioning, UV mapping work, and rigging.

Hichigo Part 4
Its been a while only cause these past few weeks were plagued with college final projects and final exams and such. Now I have a little more free time! I have started coloring and remapped Hichigo. Of course the hair is still in the wrong place and wont be fixed until I have better control over the objects back in 3DS Max.

Hichigo Part 3
Been working on Hichigo in Zbrush for a bit now.
Arms are still a work in progress as well as hands and everything else that looks like it is low-poly. The hair is sorta glitched as it seems to be inside his body instead of behind him, I will fix that back in 3ds Max, no biggie.

Hichigo Part 2
Finally I have something new to show. The body is now in a way that can be shown. I have made changes since after this post cause I can totally read the future but I am too lazy to render more images cause they seem to take a while. ANYWAYS - - - - The red "clothy scrap" parts will be done in full in Zbrush since I have had a hard time trying to make something that may or may not look like the bands in the anime. The hair is experimental but it is what I had in mind so that's pretty good. What's next? More tweaks here and there. Then prepare for Zbrush!

Full Hollow Ichigo Part 1
Moving right along here. My next project is, from what I think, the most badass character from the manga/anime Bleach: Full Hollow Ichigo (he doesn't have an official name but that is what the fanbase calls him). For short: Hichigo.
Yeah something like that. What will be accomplished? Hair, clothes, and more. I has saids it. I shalls doo eet.

So far: The mask, Tensa Zangetsu sword, and the basic of the basic body. The body right now is so ugly, it would crack your monitor if I put it up. It might break Blogger, who knows? However, the mask and sword are different stories.
The sword has been tested for rigging. The chain still might be a little big, but I wanted it to be noticed. Once the body is done, I will test some moar.
Sayonara, Gardevoir
There she is! Yes, I got her printed. Thankfully, Dmitriy, the Customer Support Engineer over at i.Materialise was very patient in helping me to get this model to the right specifications needed for printing. The dress and the string part of the belt needed to be thickened to a certain amount for it to be structurally sound. She is about 5x5x5inches.
This is definitely the proudest thing I have ever done.
Goodbye Gardevoir, you were one of the only projects I felt extremely confident about. And you turned out great. Exactly what I wanted.

Gardevoir Completion
I have actually been done with Gardevoir for a few weeks now. The past couple weeks still involved this model only in a different way which I will show in the coming weeks.
Now without further ado: Gardevoir.

Gardevoir Part 10
The Great Countdown to Completion Continues.
Action Pose
Last Pose
I think I am going to switch the PokePlatform this last pose to the Action Pose since it would make more sense.

Gardevoir Part 9
Pose 1. Probably the best pose I will ever come up with for Gardevoir.
Its just plain pretty in my eyes.

Gardevoir Part 8
Alright, since the last update I have had SO MUCH TROUBLE its not even worth explaining. Lets just say I was THIS I-I close to scrapping the project cause I have had to redo SO much. Goddamnit. Lesson learned. God.
Damnit.
Ok this update is to show the model, texture, and some bump (tho a lot doesnt show up for whatever reason) exported from Zbrush back into 3DS Max.
Almost done with this project...
Next up: Putting these poses into Zbrush, fix it up a bit, make 1 more pose, finish up.
Damnit.

Gardevoir Part 6
Its been a while, but only because there was nothing to really see. In terms of actual things I have done, I have been fixing the rig a bit as well as facial expressions and other such stuff.
But the real news is this:
She is all Zbrushed! YAY! It actually did not take me long at all. I did this over a course of a week and a half but I could have done it pretty much in 1 day. It was pretty quick. I am definitely surprised.
Next up! Texture/Color...thats going into unknown territory for the most part...especially since past works were fairly simple textures and colors. Mewtwo had 2 colors haha.
BTW, the material used to render emphasizes the details. In reality, some of the bump there will not be seen as clearly as seen with this material.

Gardevoir Part 5
Just added facial expressions of sorts to Gardevoir. She can now do limited expressions such as anger, sadness, happiness, determination, and other random faces I have no idea what to call.
The happy expression.
At first I thought this would be a timid pose for the sad expression but as I was posing it it turned out to be an "injured" or "painful" pose instead. (Pay no attention to the cloth in the back...)
I have noticed the arms get abnormally skinny when in this type of position...hopefully Zbrush will fix that later.
I actually like this pose and facial expression very much. Probably because I see actual emotion. The cloth gave be a hard time but still got it.

Gardevoir Part 3
I'm back with another small update. I have rigged Gardevoir for the most part, the cloth is yet to be rigged. I am probably going to use a bone system based on splines linked up to the waist. The previous pictures from last update is the cloth having the Cloth dynamic system. Since Cloth is quite unpredictable and can mess up a couple times and can go crazy in some movements, I decided to try and rig it, similarly to how you would see in a game. I will be researching on additional ideas...One source is definently Team Fortress 2's Medic and his coat.
Yes! The jaw is definitely rigged up. I have yet to make morphs for facial expressions but the mouth is rigged for now.

Gardevoir Part 2
Well the body is fairly complete. Still gonna do some adjustments here and there. The clothing was a test as well.

Gardevoir Part 1
I was gonna try something similar to Mewtwo, but different as well. First off, its Gardevoir from Pokemon again and from generation 3 or something I don't know...All I know is that its a rare pokemon that I always sought to get by catching Ralts (the pre-evolution form). Its yet another Psychic-type. (My favorite type)
But what will be different from Mewtwo this time around is that Gardevoir will allow me to experiment with hair (not the dynamic hair but a solid hair piece) as well as female body figure and clothes. I am also debating on whether to add a movable mouth.

Looks feminine enough? Not worrying too much about the nose since...there is hair...
